At OPOWER, ideas are brought to life by a group of relentlessly committed and impressively talented individuals. It is our team of software engineers, marketers, social scientists, statisticians, program managers, sales people, recruiters and lobbyists who are responsible for what we have been able to achieve to date - by the end of this year, we will be providing the equivalent of one-third of the entire US solar industry in energy savings. That is 1,000 homes off the grid for every employee who works at OPOWER.
